I'm not a mod so I can't ban you. In fact, I think the best thing to do would be to not ban you. Troll the troll.

OK, the troll is slain. For now, at least.

That wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

Just had to read the Mjolnir instruction manual.

We now resume the original discussion.

Paul drove the rest crazy recording that song! It's appropriate, well done Lord!

I dig your collection. I only have the one that I previously posted before all the shenanigans but I do believe I have another soaking in a water bath right now. I hope it turns out to be identifiable.

LOL, I have used the IGNORE button on this person some time ago, and a couple others recently, and I STILL can see the ridiculousness this TROLL has caused.

    IGNORance is BLISS!

    [EDIT]
I HAVE to toss in this coin:

TALK TO THE HAND, CUZ THE FACE AIN'T LISTENING!

Yeah, I deployed it rather early too but got sucked into clicking "view ignored posts" a few times, defeating the purpose :D.

If someone on your Ignore list is very active it can make threads hard to follow. Oh well. Back to our normal peaceful happy board.

And Randy-- I dug up an old FH I forgot I had! It was from one of my first ancient coin purchases, a batch of uncleaned coins (which were actually already cleaned... bah)

Here's a Macedonian one, of a horseman spearing a fallen troll - the point of the spear even went through the coin :p

    Thanks all, and neat coins!

I have one more new FH to share. Found it when I got home from work :D

It's not the best, but has an unusual field mark. A weird epsilon "C<"

I also have another with the same symbol. RIC 115

I was struggling to make any sense of this thread and then realised that I was already ignoring the content...
Nice coins in a shared area of obsession.

And so, from that day on, whenever a troll was slain, the people of the land would celebrate the Restoration of Happy Times with joyous cries of "FEL TEMP REPARATIO" and gratuitous postings of their Falling Horseman coins :singing:.

Not only is that one pretty sharp with nice patina, but I daresay that's one of the most handsome portraits I can recall seeing on one of these.
