    There's no melt as this quarter is mostly copper.

    This quarter is out of a mint set probably MS 66 or a little better, I was trying to find out if the machine doubling affected its value one way or another.

    You'd have to show photos of both sides.
    For an MS-66 coin there is value, but not melt value as there's no silver in it.

    It's not worth more that a few dollars, even in MS66. The TPG price guides are after they got in your pocket for their grading fees.
