    The weakness in the rim HAS to be 180 degrees from the clip. The absence of the Blakesley Effect does not disqualify a clip, but the presence is a strong indicator of a real clip.

    The weakness at "TE" Is another very small Clip also.
    I have one with two clips. It also has no real B E at 180° from clip.
