https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/163153987213 Here's a funny one I found. Not sure how anyone could be so stupid... Feel free to post outrageous listings you can find!
Here's one. What's wrong with this listing??? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1996-D-Roo...rksid=p3984.m570.l1312.R2.TR0.TRC2.A0.H0.TRS3
This is like shooting fish in a barrel. Another genius at work here. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1978-No-Mi...&_pgn=4&_sacat=253&_nkw=error&_from=R40&rt=nc
This was a while ago, guy had some baseball cards that literally were worth about 10 cents and he was selling them for $50,000.
Okay, last one here. I wonder if they really think this is a real coin??? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1972-Eisen...&_pgn=4&_sacat=253&_nkw=error&_from=R40&rt=nc
I can't see the photo well enough. Is the Eisenhower inside a 2"x 2" flip? Since the date is not showing, why is is a 1972?
I can't get it much bigger. It's pixelating on me. If the flip is 2x2 and the coin size in the center is a nickel or a quarter size, the "coin" inside is smaller than a dime. The same seller has other real Ikes for sale, I don't understand this one.
I've seen miniature replicas for all denoms that are the size of a small shirt button. I even have a %90 silver dime sized Kennedy half that was a bonus gift from an eBay seller. The price they are/were asking however is what I found funny. Honey, I shrunk the money!!
(Here's the seller's description of the OP's posted eBay penny: ) no condition errors and errors and errors......... Dont worry, it wasnt run over from a steam truck lol make me an offer//////// knowbody can damage it that precise or perfect for this price, i hope the penny isnt to valuable, with errors like crazy (He's right about one thing: knowbody can damage it that precise or perfect )
Here's one actually being actively bid up - all those bidders think it's a big joke until one lucky 'winner' gets the invoice - at least the shipping charges are affordable
I don't know the answer to that, but I treat eBay auctions with dignity and respect - if I'm not interested in the item, I don't bid & when I do bid and win, I pay up promptly - 100% positive feedback as a buyer counts for something
don't know if I could trust this deal. Coin does not look real and it is a 0 feed backer. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1898-Silver-Morgan-Dollar/253744433594?hash=item3b1458c9ba:g:9bMAAOSwWV9bRWbW&_sop=1&_udhi=20&_sacat=0&_nkw=morgan dollar&LH_BIN=1&_from=R40&rt=nc
juris klavins Even when I had buyers remorse, I still paid. (Not a lot of $). I haven't bought anything in a long long time. Most of the items, I was very pleased with, but the last item, (Philippines silver certificate) the seller used deceptive photography, and I was not pleased. Gave the note to GF's nephew who has a world currency collection, mostly from traveling, and he appreciates it. I couldn't stand to look at it any more.
