I recently found the money to finish my Flavian Dynasty collection, Although the extent of said collection is just the three here I think they are the ones that best fit my budget and my collection.

I’ve also seen the majority of people have all of the details of their specific coins, I do not have that information on hand. With that being said if there is a preferred source that is being used it would be a big help to know.

I apologize for the quality of the pictures as I took them with the only camera available to me. I would also like to see your favorite Flavian dynasty coins

The preferred source is RIC (Roman Imperial Coins). However, you can use on-line resources such as wildwinds.com. Just remember, most of these are not complete resources. Personally, I have found that I enjoy the identification and referencing of my coins.

BTW, if you need help with finding the references, most of the posters here will be more than happy to help

Very nice selection of Flavian denarii! A Mars, Colosseum type, and Minerva - what can be more 'Flavian' than those?

As for references, Bing is correct, the new RIC II.1 is the way to go for imperial Flavian coins.

    These are my main references:

The Roman Imperial Coinage II Part 1 - Carradice and Buttrey
Coins of the Roman Empire in the British Museum II - Mattingly
Roman Silver Coins II - Seaby
Roman Provincial Coinage II - Burnett, Amandry, Carradice

If you want to go the online route, wildwinds is a good start, but my own gallery has more Flavian silver types than they do. http://www.forumancientcoins.com/gallery/index.php?cat=11162

I won't attribute your coins unless you want me to. Part of the fun is finding the answers yourself!

I do believe attributing my many other coins can be another fun step in identifying them. So the only way I can become better at ID’ing them is to start with some easy ones, with a little help of course from you all. So thank you, I appreciate it.

That's a cool Flavian mix @Daniel Neu ! I dig that elephant reverse!

Here's my whole favorite of each Flavian dude (this only omits one coin I own).
