    I can't see anything unusual on the inside loops of the fives. As for the mark between the 1 and 9 that could be a die chip.

    Neat coin, doesn't look like doubling to me, but I could be wrong. The result of a worn die. By the D and 5, that looks pretty neat, not sure what it is exactly. Strike through? Is it outward or inward? Always the possibility too it could be post mint, but I'm not sure. Sorry about not being that big of a help. :D Still, a neat coin to say the least.
