    Welcome to CT!!

    I had to follow a trail of bread crumbs to finally see what you were asking. Next time please post your question and all photos in the same thread.

    Looks like a scratch to me. Notice how the edges are raised and appear ragged. This is due to the metal being pushed around when it was scratched. PMD IMO.
