I came here because the kid linked it. He's been lying over there and doing the same thing here.

Not telling the whole story is the same as lying. Omission of facts.

 

You and I define lying differently, I suppose.... If I have a quarter and a nickel in my pocket, and I tell you I have a quarter in my pocket, am I lying? Not telling the entire story, sure, but lying, I don't think so.

Even more to the point, have you had any dealings with said dealer that are in conflict with the assertions of our YN, or are you just playing devil's advocate?

I think it is probably safe to say there's more to the story, but I would fall short of labeling it lying. You are free to disagree, and have. Take care...MikeInFL

I think when I said it was the worst shop I went to, I don't think I gave the right impression. I don't like the shop, but I will not say that it is a terrible shop and everyone should avoid it. It's just not my type of shop. I think someone else said it better when they said that they probably have a different type of shopper in mind than the average collector.

Also, I just received a x-mas gift from my dad, and he said that he went to that shop to buy something for me, and the clerk was very rude to him, but after talking to my dad again, it turns out that he went to the shop that I recomended.

SO... I rescind my recommendation of All Florida Coins and take a hasty step back from my labeling of A-coins as the "worst shop" I went to. I think that maybe it is just not my type of shop.

It's sort of like how I like Best Buy over Circuit City. They sell the same stuff at about the same prices, but I still prefer Best Buy...

 

I'm thinking the kid is gone and we will never know the whole story.
What a waste of folks time. Hope I'm wrong but it sure looks that way.

I'd give him the benefit of the doubt guys, he probably is just away for the holidays.
