  8. Check me out ... this coin is smooth . Surface does not feel as coin appear to be. Groove and other markings are inside of coin . It’s in good shape for a 1967 dime. Look harder

No.. It is in very bad shape.. I have looked at thousands of Dimes over the years and I can honestly tell you it is not a Mint Error.. Only worth 10 Cents

  10. I’m sure paddy’s right folks... he looks at your change before you can count it. Great job Mr p

It's a beat-up dime. Not even silver. Worth ten cents, if you can find someone who will accept it for face value. I don't think it would work in a vending machine.

Very badly damaged dime. Probably from a lawn mower, then over time smoothed over a bit from wear. But who knows exactly what happened unless you have the provenance of the dime.

Luckily, a badly damaged dime is still worth 10 cents.

Would it change your change your mind if I said I was?

Let's try it this way, try to explain how a coin like this would be made at the mint. How would a die have to look in order to leave a coin planchet with that strike pattern? How would the normal minting process have gone wrong, specifically, to create your coin? The answer to all those questions is, it's impossible for the mint to produce the coin you see, which is why it's most certainly not an error.
