1941 NICKEL WHO HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS

    This guy has sure been around quite a bit … it seems. I looked and looked for a
    mint mark but nothing there...That I can see anyways....

    I can't help but save those old nickels when I find them even though they aren't worth anything.

    That’s simply a 1941 nickel minted in Philadelphia, which didn’t carry a mint mark.

    In the very first photo I sort of pareidoliaed a D. But in the other photos don't see it.
    Wouldn't make much difference anyway. Into the coin acceptor at the supermarket it goes.

    Thanks Guys.....Yeah like scotts said...I can't help but save those old coins...
    Even though they are not worth saving, I gotta save em anyway....1941...Hey,
    he's only got 10 years on me!.....Shoot....I hate when I do that....Always makes
    me feel ooooooold….:banghead:

    Dumped a bunch of old nickels (1940, 1941) that I had held onto for years.
    After I finally gave up that they were never going up in value, into the grocery coin acceptor they went. They were in MUCH better shape than the op. Prob F-12's.

    Coin roll hunting I just found another 1941 Nickel....Incredible….Found one
