Don't do it, that would be throwing your money away sending that coin in for grading. You would be better off using the money you save by not having it come back to you in a body bag and invest in rolls to hunt.
There are plenty of 1969-D's already in slabs. You should be able to pick one up for far less than the cost of having yours graded.
