Lol I have limited faculties yet post 72 was your post to Dan that had nothing to do with anything about me or anything I had said. Lol lol.

Since you’ve not produced the corroded gems you believe are easy to find and have resorted to just rambling personal attacks on me I’ll take this as your way of admitting your can’t produce what you think is easy to find

I've seen coins slabbed MS65 that were struck from corroded dies, but not the coins themselves being corroded.

Just thieves at the US Mint (see type-2 1804 dollar).

This coin is a counterfeit. A U.S. "dollar" struck on a worthless blank outside of a U.S. Mint without intrinsic value.

My opinion on fantasy coins is they should clearly be marked copy or facsimile in the design otherwise they’re counterfeit

Yeah? Do tell, and be sure to do the obligatory dance around the obvious.

As for the rest of your drivel, same BS different day, but what else could be expected from someone who clearly thinks he deserves special treatment? Oh, and as for why I press the issue, it's to keep you talking, Mr. Carr...

I wish we could agree, this coin was absolutely photogenic,
Struck over a legal weight Large cent.
IMG_0001_2.JPG IMG_0002_1.JPG I think a better use of my time,
would be Identifying die characteristics so that the future generations have a reference to identify the coin.

Your claims have been thoroughly demonstrated as being incorrect in regards to my thoughts on the Gallery Mint dies. With no place left to go in that discussion you resort to the usual personal attacks.

If, as you state, it is the same "BS" every time, then why persist ?
Doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result is the definition of what ?

First, the only thing you've "demonstrated" is that you're capable of making a case. Simply doing so, particularly in cases where it is self-serving doesn't mean you've proven anything and the fact you continually deflect on to other nonsense issues is rather telling. This isn't rocket science, sir.

As for your "personal attack" nonsense, why am I not surprised you're resorting to the victim card again? Again you've shown that you can dish but not take in return.

I've already explained why I "persist", so perhaps you could respond in kind by explaining why you persist with the insufferable nonsense instead of simply admitting that you're exploiting the fact that no one is enforcing laws that target your copying? Business is business, and it would be much easier to respect what you do if you were honest about it, even just once.

Oh, and do notice how you avoided explaining exactly why you "fortunately..... not actually like Andy Warhol". Come on, big guy; you're the one who incessantly makes the comparison so belly up and be a man about it. Or perhaps that's the heart of the issue?

The inflammatory adjectives (as usual) are unnecessary and far from accurate.

I've stated my "case" numerous times. And I'm sticking to it. I don't know why you would think that might change.

I am not like Andy Warhol in the personal sense. I say "fortunately" because I like my life as it is and I wouldn't want it to be different. My fantasy-date over-strikes do, however, have a similarity to some of Warhol's work in terms of redefining what "art" can be. I appreciate Warhol's work in that sense.

A man follows his own path and doesn't let it be defined by others. If you think you somehow have the ability to dictate my actions, you are sorely mistaken.

    Isn't that what a "troll" does ?

Fantasy strikes are just a copy of art that others did. Nothing redefining about it. Just a way to make money off of others work.

You realize that is basically what Warhol did a lot of the time, right ?

Try looking in the 75 proof sets. Not sure if there in mint sets or not

I draw a similarity to people mistaking a coin that was never issued by the mint, suck as the 1964 Peace or Morgan Dollar to people who buy coins from TV Shows when then can go online and get them, for about half the price from say, eBay. If people bother to check, they would know it was not an actual issued coin. Just like if they checked they would find TV Shows are overpriced. Yes, I know TV Shows have a huge overhead, but I buy my coins where I get the best buy,

By the way, if I can't hold the coin in my hand, before I buy it, I now only buy certified coins. When you get burned the first time you'll see why I say this. I'll pay a local dealer a little more than online because I try to support local businesses, but even they have trouble with the new modern counterfeiter. I had three local dealers check a 1955 Double Die Obverse Lincoln Cent Coin and they all say it was authentic. I sent it to NGC and it came back as not genuine.
