Just got this quarter. Is it worth anything more than 26 cents?

This quarters reverse is a dark copper Color and the obverse looks like a little bit darker silver color than usual .
Is the cloud missing ? Is it anything to keep?

Spend it. Looks to be some sort of environmental damage.

Weigh it. If it weighs close to 5.67 grams it's a quarter. If it is light (the amount of weight for a clad layer on one side) then a missing clad layer is possible. I wouldn't get my hopes up. But weight is important. There are billions of coins and very few true errors.
It's around 100% that your coin is just rusty/ environmentally damaged.
When the clad layer is missing, the copper color is unmistakable.
There are some great photos here in other threads. Search around.
