Reading through the feedback, seems pretty legit, some say they have found mostly 50s, but still pretty good search. One found a BU 24 S cent. So, if you like to have a cool search or so, it might be worth getting a bag. Thanks for posting it.

There are NO unsearched wheats except in your Grandmas house if you have not searched them yet.

I repeat, NO unsearched wheats get traded and sold and resold and retraded and end up on ebay. Those finds you read about are planted or false in the first place.

Look at the guy selling " truly unsearched " rolls of wheats BY DATE !!!! Yet the people line up and keep buying them.

Better yet, buy those " unsearched" rolls with a semikey date on the end !!!

Even better yet, buy some rolls from the guy who sends out key dates every other day: "14-D found 11-07" "22-P recently uncovered" " SVDB found last week"

    LOL

Sure, its good to have friends that can post great feedback for you. As previously stated, there are NO unsearched rolls of ANYTHING!!! Well, except for the ones at Grandmas house...lol. What gets me is, he states that there is a wonderful mix of dates between 1909 and 1958 but later on he says you'll most likely recieve dates ranging from the teens to the 1950s. Its unsearched but they found "2 1909 VDBs in the first bag"!!! Wow...thats just amazing.

Now for the Rpm guys, perhaps a bag of wheats could yield a goldmine, that much is possible !!!!

In this case "to search" means to explore or examine in order to discover.

Unsearched means they made no attempt to examine the coins in any way. It doesnt mean they didnt hire a few guys to do it for them.

I think a pund of wheaties is rougly 140 coins. Not quite 3 rolls.

Well I live about 30 minutes from Cornelius and get up that way every once in a while. Might not be a bad deal if he'll let me pick up a couple of lots and save the shipping and handling charge. The kids will enjoy "re-exploring" them on a rainy day.

Yea then grab a few rolls, Im sure the kids would love it. Especially if you want to get more entertainment for your money, get them folders and then add a few rolls of wheaties to a big jar of coins. Give them a whole coffee can full and have them go nuts and see how much of their folders they can fill. That way your not just handing them 3 rolls to search, how long will that keep them busy, lol. And if they are finding wheaties in with the memorials, its that much better.

I dont know about that clembo. When I was a little kid, I would have knocked out my brothers teeth if I thought I would find wheaties under my pillow

That would cut into his profits.

How does he know they're all Wheaties if he hasn't viewed them?

And if he has viewed them to check the dates, well you guys who believe in the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, and unsearched bags, figure if out.

Hey ALC864. You do know that you can find full sets of wheaties in folders on ebay for under $10 with shipping. Thats a full collection from like 1940 till around 1970 or so. If you have 2 kids, get two sets. Then mix them in with a coffee can of memorials and they will atleast manage full sets. I wouldnt throw all of them in one coffee can. get them started on sets and space it out over a few coffee cans. Make them think they have to look to find them all. But wow will they feel good once they finally finish their sets. It might even teach them a good lesson in sharing. When one kid has two of the same coin and the other one is missing that coin. They will eventually have to figure out some trades in order to finish both sets.
