- -This just arrived. At a grade of 62, I figured it couldn't possibly be graded lower if I cracked it out. Since all my other proofs are raw, I did exactly that. This is how it looks. There appear to be fine lines all over, but since they don't cross from the fields to the devices, I think they are polish marks. And moving a little... It's pretty reflective, too. (That's my finger.) Edit: I forgot to mention - I don't see why this is PF62. Any thoughts?
You could ask, about a commemorative coin society, in your local library (they probably wouldn't know either !). - Why not look it up online ?
My first thought, but I did and cannot find one. Sometimes these are rather obscure and might travel under a different name or as a sub-group of a larger collecting interest. Apparently there was one that died out, but I cannot find a replacement.
