What is the value of this denver mint 1992 uncirculated bank set?

I tried looking up this set on the internet, but I couldn't find much information on it or it's value. It appears to have been a Christmas present because the back of the certificate of authenticity has been signed and I'm assuming this reduces the value. Anybody know anything about this set or the value?

Done by some other agency other than the United States government. Looks like a Denver mint set put in some plastic to dress it up. I saw a 1997 set on e-bay for $2

 

Can you post a pic of the other side of the card?
It might tell who put the set together.

The Denver Mint token might be the most valuable piece in there.
