Assuming there's just one 1995 DDO...that's not it. It should look more like this...

 

I see nothing. I believe most of the 95 doubled die cents. Are doubled at the liberty lettering

 

I do believe there is more than one.

 

Yes there are 2 that I've seen listed. DDO1 is the big one. DDO2 has some doubling on LIBERTY and IN GOD and bit on the date. Very minor compared to the first one.
OP's coin is neither 1 or 2.
