Not as much as you might suspect w/o pics They have been continuously struck with the same date for over 200 years. The Arabs (who used them primarily) preferred the old design. So even if it has a date of 1780 it quite possibly could have been struck in the 20th century. There has been developed, I believe, a rough chronology of these pieces by use of die varieties. Even if you attributed it, though, I doubt it would bring much more than standard price.
I have a feeling it's probably just your standard restrike. Don't authentic examples of common Maria thalers go for only around $70 as it is?
