Error penny, please help identify

I found this very unusual 1946 wheat penny today, it looks like abraham is sneezing. Can anyone help identify if this is a common error or rare. Any Value? Thanks everyone.

Ok thanks, very strange how the copper got moved over by whatever damaged it.

 

Yes copper is easily moved someday when you have time take a flat head screw driver and play with one, (Not Recommending But Just A Thought).LOL

2 things came to mind when I saw this. 1) He has bad allergies and it's snot or 2), he was laying next to grandma's ravioli wheel and she went a little too far. (I could possibly be hungry while I saw this coin!LOL)

 

Welcome to cointalk. Worth 1c but I'd keep it, nothing to sneeze at.

 

Just a guess KC...It looks like blow back from a welder. I had it happen to my wedding ring in less amounts, but I have the metal residue from the welding rod on the ring rather than the molten gold from the ring....looks like PMD sorry.

Gonna have to go out and get some now.
