Those are just damaged coins.
Why would you think they are worth anything over face value?

2nd Dime - Environmental Damaged
3rd Dime - Acid Dipped melted copper edge

What you’ll learn is the money is used in circulation and all sorts of things can happen to it.

You might want to search and learn how money is minted. This will give you insight on how coins are created and what the limits are in relation to damage at the mint.

To list what damage can happen to coins after it leaves the us mint is unlimited.
