    Do you have a picture that isn't so blurry?
    Also, it is good form when posting a coin to always post both sides if possible.

    Sorry got so excited forgot to post the front and I got it from a store we do have a new pawn shop that recently opened in a very old bank I'm getting a lot of older change that looks brand new

    I see the "FG" initials on the far right of the Memorial steps.
    So not sure what you are looking at that makes you say there are no artist initials.
