    Got this from local store it looks brand new I'm getting a lot of older coins that look new we did have a pawn shop open in a very old bank maybe there coming from there is it real and is it truly an error

    It's a completely normal Lincoln cent. I see the designer's initials (FG) on the reverse. Look to the bottom right corner of the memorial. The initials appear like this:

    On the obverse at the bottom of Lincoln there are initials V.D.B. Hard to
    see at best and you frequently have to tilt the coin to notice it.

    Your picture has the greatest amount of glare ther at the front of his coat so I cn't be sure if anything is missing or not, but the font section is also the lowest area of relief and excessive polishing of the dies can result in that front section becomming detached from the rest of the coat.
