I wish there were a way it could lose those carbon spots. Anyway, I'm in the low MS camp for the hits on it. The strike quality is never consistent on these.
I like the even luster on the coin, 62 if it didn't have the corrosion around the A rev. EAC 50 Market AU 58
This one is perplexing to me. There are really subtle colorful tones on the coin that I'm not used to seeing on original copper. If it isn't cleaned/retoned or altered in some way then I wonder if the slab could have caused the odd coloring?
It is a flat brown with some original red peeking out in a few places. There are no other colors. Bill Fivaz has seen this in hand, and he called it a problem-free AU-58.
