Everything I can see suggests nothing more than damage, and this is aside from the cancer.

Unless you can get some better pictures, I am going to go with damaged.

It's still not all too clear, but there certainly appears to be noticeable damage to the effigy as well as additional surface damage. Unfortunately, both seem to confirm my initial impression.

    Hi Lisa,
Pics look fine however in the future you may want to stay away from the flash. Better luck next time! ;)

How do you "know" that? What knowledge do you have to make such assertions?

  12. Omg I ask a question and this is what I get well let's see anyone with a little common sense knows the difference...that's how I know

  13. Ty and thanks for being nice also

  14. It's people like you that makes it almost too hard to want to ask so if you can't talk civil to me then don't reply

I asked you a question, and you didn't reply. What leads you to believe that the coin is not damaged? Don't hit me with the "common sense"... It seems these days that delusion is more common than sense.

About the only way we can know that a coin hasn't been circulated is if we pulled it from an uncirculated roll, or got it in a transaction and immediately put it away. Regardless, the coin does have an odd appearance.
