Large date left, small date right. The rare one is the 1982-D small date Copper (3.1 grams). Don't bother looking for it. You could spend your whole life going through 2 billion of the 17 billion 1982 cents and you won't find it. 1982 small date zinc, or 1982 small date copper (both Philadelphia) has a small premium in Mint State grades.
No problem finding a small date. Just pay a whole lot of money for the one of the couple in existence, or sort thru many millions of them and you just might get lucky. Not my idea of a good time, but I still look at the ones I get in change on occasion...Probably similar odds in winning on Power Ball.
Great! Then surely you'll also enjoy most folks not having the faintest idea what you're taking about or trying to say. This is always the wisest approach when new to a forum. Welcome to CT.
Assuming the poster has the faintest idea of what they are talking about. We both know that 99% of new posters here haven't the slightest idea what they are talking about but it's cool because they watched a video on youtube.
Okay, then please allow me to make a crazy suggestion: spit it out. You clearly have a sufficient grasp of the English language, so simply clarifying shouldn't be all too difficult nor too much to ask. As it stands now I see nothing more significant than a perfectly common 82 small date that in absolutely no way should "provoke sexually generated activities", which is the only definition I found for your statement/question/descriptor/whatever. You're not starting off on a good note here.
I'll bite, you have a 82 small date zinc cent, worth 1 cent. @BooksB4Coins this one only posts to old threads, and gets mad when you don't tell him exactly what he wants to hear.
After a quick scan through his very short posting history, this certainly does seem to be the case. Particularly ironic was the little tidbit below, especially because it came directly after an otherwise perfectly reasonable post... "Thanks in advance yo I'm new to this and people keep frustrating me with bs beating around the bush responses!" I received notice that there was a new post to this thread, and stopped in simply to see if I could offer any assistance. How sad is it that yet again idiotic nonsense must ensue. There's nothing like cutting off one's nose to spite their face..... Apparently @furryfrog02 was right, yet still we're somehow supposed to be "surprised". Go figure.
Yet when the members who make absolutely no effort to answer this type of question decide to again start whining about the lack of coddling, those of us that do are their prime targets. Go figure.... again.
https://www.cointalk.com/threads/1980-d-doubled-die-obverse.315482/ It was flagged already but there ya go...
Way to take one for the team! I almost chimed in after you but thought you had that one under control. LOL
I thought it was a simple question and in no way intended for it to be rude (which I still don't think it was).
Unbelievable.... And how sad is it that I assumed you were talking about the roll searchers thread. As much as I hate to say it, a part of me is somewhat relieved to see I'm not the only one having to shoulder such ridiculousness.
