Beautiful set! Maybe a 'Wilder' second set with your duplicates.;)

    Nice looking set! :)

Of course, you have to start another set with your duplicates. Then use the duplicates of that one to start another set, and another, and another....;)

Am I the only one who does not find any of the coins in this set attractive?

I’m sure others that do not like toning would agree with you. Do you like toned proof roosevelt dimes?

If you do, but nevertheless find the coins unattractive, perhaps you could provide a TrueView image of a toned proof Roosevelt that you do find attractive?

I mean it is pretty hard to argue that several of the coins meet almost anyone’s threshold for attractive if they like toners.

Perhaps you could point out specifically what you finding unattractive about the 1958?

I intensely dislike any toned coin.

Hey everyone, my Digital Album of toned proof Roosevelt's was just nominated for Digital Album of the year. You can see my album here: https://pcgs.com/SetRegistry/album/141743. As many of you know, I have worked towards completing this album for years.

Please vote for me if you like the album and like Roosevelts! It was the only Roosevelt album nominated and I think we need to show our love for Roosevelts!!!

very beautiful set. I love toned coins. Toning brings character and life to a coin. pure white coins are very boring to me. unless it's an ultra deep cameo early franklin half.

Couldn't agree more. Unless the coin is a super rarity or has some other interesting feature like monster die clashes, I just can't get into blast white silver. A coin doesn't need to be monster toned for me to like it, but it needs to have at least some iridescence or light "skin" to it to catch my attention.

It gets infectious. One thing I have found is that it's never really completed. Still looking for upgrades, not necessarily by grades........mostly by eye appeal. You know how that works. That's how we accumulate duplicates. You should start on a toned Mercury set......only 7 coins.:woot:
BTW, my favorite in your Proof Roosie album is your 1951. I love, love, love that type obverse toning on Roosies and Mercury's.
