    Taking a closer look at a few things and noticed a thick crack on this 1720 "John Law" US French colonial copper. It's right through the date from the edge to the crown.

    When I got my new computer I thought I had totally botched my file transfers.
    Particularly annoying was the loss of all my coin images (so I thought).
    But I found them :)

    Here's the entry I wanted to include in this thread.
    I call it my "rainbow" crack; no color but a great arc.

    Dutch republic, province of Holland, 2 stuivers 1725. Now if you'll excuse me, the pun police is at my door..
