Yes, in mint state these are perhaps .80 cents and .50 cents. But mint state is really, really brand new nice. I still need the 1982 SD Philly zinc.
That is certainly a big plus, but please understand that you're going to have to put in the effort to educate yourself. Please consider spending at least a few hours on http://doubleddie.com/ reading up on how dies are made, the minting process, worthless doubling, what constitutes a doubled die, etc, etc, and then come to the board with what remaining questions you may have.
