That 50 reverse is a what

 

Ok lower grades on the fifty and # 7+4

 

I have had no practice grading high-grade moderns, so here goes:

1. NGC MS-66+
2. NGC MS-64* (should be details for the coin roller damage on the reverse, but oh well...)
3. NGC MS-66+
4. PCGS MS-66
5. NGC MS-67
6. NGC MS-66
7. NGC MS-65 (eww toning)
8. NGC MS-64* (should be details due to the scratch to the left of the 1)
9. PCGS MS-65

 

I dont agree with throwing 67's around

 

I am on the fence about whether the 3 and 5 should get stars or not.

 

Kurt. Why are they ngc and pcgs this stuff. There's no way they they can got out on a lym(duh), without your expertise. Help

sakata is, to me, the classic example of what we used to call a "poseur". He likes to clothe himself in the vestments of a numismatist, but he's merely a purveyor of an extremist political philosophy that is in turn "posing" as an economic paradigm. I usually avoid GtG with multiple (4+) coins to go through and grade.
Since these are so nice ill just do a few that i like the most.

I'm curious as to what you don't like about the '50? There is no trace of rub on it. Is it because it's the FS-801 DDR? I'm genuinely curious. Also you mentioned you did not like the '38 either.

I can totally respect that. This is simply a fun exercise. I got to see all of these coins in hand. Most of them I agree with, other's certainly had "Market Grading" working for them, which I think needs to go away.
