Small Date 1982 Zinc Doubled Die?

    Well based on your pics I'm not seeing a doubled die but let's some of these 82 experts take a look. IMO

    Sorry, i just found out its actually copper. Is it worth anything?

    Going to get a scale soon to weigh. I found another 1982 D small date as well.

    Well before you get to excited I think I would weigh it 1982 was the transitional year where they switch from copper to zinc. JMO

    When I dropped the 1982 D it sounded completely different from the 1982 no mint mark

    I believe that the 1982 D small date copper is the valuable one but I wouldn't hold my breath.lol

    Well since only one has been found in 36 years....I doubt there are more than a small handful. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the only one that ever sees the light of day. Who knows though, some youtube viewer may one day prove me wrong.

    Yea who knows.....out of the other 7 varieties is there one of more value than the rest ?

    I don't believe so. I also don't follow the values of them. I've been able to find multiple examples of each though during my CRH.
