Hi, I found this coin on a roadside some 7-8 years ago in Watford UK.
I, then kept it somewhere and over the time completely forgot about it.

Yesterday I was searching some stuff and found it. I was amazed to see that Its shining wasnt faded a bit. I showed it to a friend who is convinced that its made of gold. Kindly guide me whats coin is this or is it really worth anything?

George the 5th, paired with a 1750 date on the other side tells me it's fake. George the 5th reigned from 1910 to 1936.

It is not genuine, it may be gold plated. George V was king in the early 1900s, not 1750, and the George and Dragon design was adopted in 1820 or so. It may have been used a gambling token or chip.

Circa 1750 is a tad early for George #5. It looks plated, too. It doesn't look 24k.

This looks extremely similar to a Greek "vasilopita flouri" token. These are associated with a special cake or pie on New Year's. The difference is this one has legends in English rather than Greek. Might still be the same thing, but it is most definitely not solid gold.
