Have this Helvetica coin but not sure if it is a dime or something other than a dime. I'm not familiar with these coins, also any Idea what is on the back of this coin?

I don't know about the damage, but that appears to be a 5 Rappen from Switzerland:

That year is listed as rare, but that damage...

The coin looks like it was soldered to a piece of jewelry.
