    Hi All,

Someone mentioned this in another thread, but I thought I should make it more obvious.

I picked up the following 3 books and I can hardly wait to get them.

    Short Cross 1180-1247-180x273.jpg
    The English Long Cross Pennies-180x273.jpg

Sometimes I think I enjoy book collecting more than coin collecting...

Great buy @Orfew I really like the books on short and voided long cross pennies, but wasn't able to find the long cross 1279-1489 pennies book. Thanks for the heads up, I have ordered it.

    Great coins @TheRed
I am glad you found a book you were looking for.

I need to find short cross pennies of Henry II and Henry III

I also need to find an example of the voided long cross pennies.

Thanks Orfew, those are some nice coins too. I have yet to get a Henry V penny and would really like to get one like yours. It has a great portrait.

York Coins always has a nice selection of short cross and voided long cross pennies, though sometimes they are expensive. If I could come up with the money, and convince my wife, I would buy these two pennies in a heart beat. (Obviously not my coins)
