If that photo is accurate I think QC. (Questionable color.) There are 2 1864's. One is copper/nickel which can have a slight silvery appearance. And the other is the normal bronze (copper). Copper cents should be brown. And if they have been cleaned, they can appear orange or pink or yellowish. That is why I said QC. But it is hard to judge from a photo, coins look different in hand. Also, I am not saying you cleaned it. It could have been cleaned 50 years ago when it was a routine thing, and not known to damage the coin.
You'll have to be more specific. Why did you take them to a dealer? What did the dealer say that disappointed you? Chris
