Stop it! You're embarrassing yourself. I won't get into "image" vs. "picture", because those terms are inherently ambiguous. The stuff in posts #6 or #15 is a PHOTOGRAPH, taken with a CAMERA, not a "rendering", done by hand or with drawing software.

It's a digitally altered photograph. EVERYTHING you're trying to distinguish is INDISTINGUISHABLE using your terms. EVERYTHING is BOTH an image AND a picture.
So according to you, if pictures and images are the same, it will mean this image above is the 'picture' of pikachu? and we have an "image" of us on our driver's license?
