Even given the quality (or lack of) of the pics. this is a beautiful coin. It's as if you used a time machine to pluck it from the mint the day it was minted. I see nary a mark on the eagles breast feathers or any other high spot.

I would prob. give it a 67 with the caveat that I reserve the right to change this assessment if I ever get the chance to view it in hand :joyful:!

    66 minimum. Redundant.

I am gonna try and get a slab pic up soon. It's been a long day and a tough schedule ahead. Maybe I will be able to afford a few coins when it slows down. Right now I feel overworked and underpaid, This working thing takes me away, from my true passion which is coins. The Brick and Mortar coin shop that I buy most of my coins from is up for sale, I'd enjoy it.

Ah heck, I would probably keep the coins that sell for a premium, and would feel the same way. Seriously, I am getting too old for this.

You can just tell us.... I think we'll all take your word ;)

I'm gonna go against the grain (just cause) and say the grader was having a bad day, gave it a 64. ;P

There was a new member that guessed this one on the Money.
It was @Mike Drop , I am pretty sure that he was playing a little hooky. On his phone, instead of doing his school work. Good Guess and welcome to Coin Talk. IMG_0001.JPG

By the way, there is some sort of strike thru 2 o clock, from the one in the date, and a few dings in the out stretched arm. Also some evidence of a worn obverse die. Extending from lady Liberty's hip to the Y.

Couldn't believe the reverse was better. It's virtually mark free.

You know what? That MS-64 was a great thing... It made buying a stunning coin so much cheaper!! It's certainly a gorgeous looker, I'd give her an 11. ;)
