It is indeed. However, I was talking not about the asking, but about the answering.

While there certainly are a number of fine expectations, blindly accepting advice given here is akin to walking through a mine field. Unless familiar with the source, you just don't know what you're going to step in.

 

Point well taken and when asking here, it is best to wait for a half-dozen or more "opinions" before coming to a conclusion. I have said more than once, "When you come to the elves with questions, they answer both yes and no."

 

And if you're just slightly lucky, you can start your own personal flame war.
