1910 split planchet missing core?

    I had something very similar, dealer claimed it came off the very end of the metal sheet and malformed and thinned out. Not sure who to believe tho

    incorrect
    I agree with acid dipped.
    1910 Cents do not have a core. Mid 1982 and foward Minted Cents are Copper Plated with a Zinc core.
