    Part of the design is actually missing so these would be classified as off-center's not broadstrikes.

    I actually had 25 of these and had sent one to NGC.. it's Broadstruck when it is slightly larger than a normal Dime.

    That one does appear to be a broadstruck. All off-centers are also going to be slightly larger than a regular coin. The difference between an uncentered broadstrike, and an slight off-center is whether any of the design is off the edge of the planchet. In the case of the OP coin, part of the design is off the edge of the planchet (The top arms of the Y in LIBERTY, and the bottom bar of the E in DIME.). That makes it an off-center. I have frequently seen the TPG's mis-describe these things.

    I started top dead center and rotated 25% counter clockwise, on each image .
