Speaking strictly for me, it's not personal. It's about the IDEA of error searching per se. "Hate the sin, love the sinner." Error searching is like a graduate course being undertaken by incoming freshmen.

Thank you Tommy....Much Respect to you Sir. May I pose a question to you guys. There is going to be a currency reset, you can take that to the bank. The China Yuan is gold backed currency and America also needs a new currency or we will fall. The question is.....What will you all do with your large collections of coins that will be worthless or traded in at face value? Don't believe there will be a new currency? just do some homework.

The part that is downright OFFENSIVE to me is the widespread miseducation that's going on about this hobby, Tommy. It's a hobby that is AT A MAXIMUM about 5% having to do with errors, but that's all anybody "brings" any more.

The problem is you are stating is it not MD
but then stating that you are no expert.

Why not just ask what people think and don't infer anything about the coin and see what replies you get. If you think it's Doubled Die then ask it.

There's also plenty of good websites out there that show it. Once you see it correctly, you'll know if you have one.

Also look at how many tons of tons of posts are here of ppl thinking they have a DD or other rare type error when it's just MD or simple PMD due to not being an expert or researching what they are looking for.

This story has been all over the place John and made worse by social media, now to the point where people reading about it think it is fact. China would "LIKE" to create a currency that would make the dollar obsolete, but it will never pass the test. It is merely wishful thinking on their part.
