Lovely new coin, Ro! Here's my beat up Faustina Jr. Juno Sestertius: (notice the ghost of the tiny peacock) And a denarius of her mother, Sr:
There is some interesting renditions of a peacock posted. Before, driving age when I was a Kid, My Grandpa Dad and Uncles remodeled an old Hari farm in N. CA. They had these resident Peacocks. They were mean. They had taken residence in a 5000sq ft house, and we had to run them out. I had many a close up look at a fanned out, ticked of bird. It was my job to clear the site, then I could grab my bike and go fishing, 5 ponds that haven't been fished for 20 years. The property is owned by Vi Mark vineyards. it now grows grapes, for Kendal Jackson and a few other winery's. Top of Hopland Mtn.
