Munro, try this first. Give us a hint what area you're inquiring into, and we'll try to direct you the best way. The pics CAN come second.

The problem with searches is that one needs to weed through the good, the bad, and the ugly. As CT ages the amount of hits from a search increases. How much time does one want to allocate going through all of the search matches to find an answer? We all know how often discussions go off the deep end and go completely off the original topic. I admit that I find some of the derailed discussions amusing. Too bad there isn't an easy way to consolidate all of the good information that has been posted on CT and search only that.

Using ANY search on ANY system is way more art than science.

I know little, but have learned a good deal worth knowing here. I doubt, though, that I'll ever answer a question here; the cognoscenti have the answers and are here to help.

We prefer to call ourselves "illuminati". :troll: The preceding article "The", with capitalization included, is optional.

I think I might have to guess that you have not watched any of the last five years worth of Jeopardy TV game show programs, @desertgem . True, empirical knowledge is not an accurate measure of the likes of Hawking or Einstein, but if knowledge is doubling every 13 months, then at least IBM needs to be doing some research engineering on additional RAM slots for the brain. It amazes me how limited the knowledge that today's college grads can demonstrate.

This test claims to be a true measure of today's elementary school kids. I wonder.

Perhaps so many adults cannot "pass" the quiz since there apparently isn't one to take?

The quiz is to see if you can leave that site without clicking on the "You Have Viruses" popup.

I took the quiz. I don't know how many eggs a queen bee lays in a day.

If I asked my Mom that question, the answer would be: "Look it up". I did a lot of "Looking up" as a kid.

Lucky you. I got one question (smallest planet in the solar system) before being sent back to the "start quiz" page.

Mercury. Pluto was demoted about ten or so years ago now.
