I got both of these dimes in different rolls and was wondering if anyone knows what caused this and is it an error coin? If these are error coins would it be worth more than a dime? Please let me know what you think, I would really appreciate it. Thanks View attachment 756537
You've guessed wrong. The first question you should ask yourself is, could they have come from the dies in that condition? The second question you should ask yourself is, why would the mint use dies that would produce coins that look like that?
