1983-P Quarter with crease ???

    image.jpeg image.jpeg The face has a crease in it the back side looks normal did someone do this to the coin ???, I couldn't find anything about this, anyone have a idea how this could have happend ???. Thanks in advance.

    I think I worded it wrong not his face the face of the coin, what's looks like a crease from above the neck to the back of his eyes in the center of the coin. Hope you can see it. Thanks
