Are the no mint mark believe it's from the ,Philadelphia mint. It's weight 3.10 grams. Is this a true small date?.

No, the chance of finding one is literally less than 0.000000000000001 to 1.

    o_O huh?

It looks like it could be a small date to me. The distance from the 2 to the rim looks right for it

Yes that is a small date. They are not rare.
In MS condition the 1982 small date Philly copper AND small date Philly zinc are good coins.
Perhaps the 2nd poster was thinking of the 1982-D small date copper.

Sorry guys, I was just being stupid. :banghead:
I was reading this from another thread the OP made and another member posted this: "Well it would matter if it were an 82-D small date copper, even in this condition. They made 17 billion cents in 1982 and so far 1 82-D SD is copper. Chance of finding the second one is a longshot. Someone will find one, one day." and I was thinking it was a different penny but an 82-D.

So there are no 82 or 82-D "copper" cents? What about the 83 and 83-D that have been discovered to have been struck on a copper planchets?

I get it, the odds are insanely small that at least three of the five are as claimed, but let's be fair here.

So here's the picture of the 1983, 1989 and 1990 weighing 3. I'm not not posting the 1982 ones because someone said they weren't rare since they weren't small dates
