    Nope. You wouldn't have to ask if this was the famous 1969-s ddo.
    Your coin has mechanical doubling - not even close to the real thing (hub doubling) which is much more dramatic in this case.

    Perhaps it's just me, but I cannot make out sufficient detail to identify exactly what you're seeing. It's certainly not the hoped-for variety, but if strike doubling or anything at all, no.

    One day, it wouldn't surprise me at all if someone dumped a wheelbarrow full of 1969-S Lincoln cents on the floor, took a photo of them and asked us if there was a DDO in the pile.

    And why would it? We've come pretty close already with good old Wiggers as well as a few others who thought it a good idea to post every example they stumbled upon. Why learn when they're so busy spending that soon-to-be windfall?
