My parking lot V.D.B 1909 cent not pretty but it is all I have

This is a 1909 wheat V.D.B. my father in-law had in his collection when he passed and left the collection to me..he was a great guy. He also loved Dogs

I was excited !!! I found mine in a convenience store. Asked lady what she had and she pulled out .45 out of her drawer in wheats from a roll. I got them all LOL somebody's collection I am sure that a younger person spent.

I found one metal detecting last Summer.

Hey, I just found a 1928 S Walking Liberty Half - first 50 cent piece ever. Just got it this afternoon after 15 minutes with my metal detector!

 

Great 50 cent pieces of that age are not found in pocket change or metal detecting too often....good find.
