Nothing to be sorry about lol! I'm loving the learning... guess you could explain to me how to tell in these photo's though. I see machine doubling too but I also see what looks like split serif's that are completely different in the [pattern. I just want to know how you come to that conclusion. I want to know what it is I'm missing because I'm sure that when I do see it then I wont see anything but it right away. I stopped getting excited about them after I was let down the third time. Now I just automatically assume the worst but I guess hope for the best? I honestly don't even do that lol! It's honestly like the best just doesn't even exist for me anymore. Thank you, Rachel
I believe that all you see is an artifact of the lighting, not split serifs. Below is an example of split serifs. Chris
