    Oh, I'm sooooo sorry.
    That's a fake, Clem.
    :(

Look at the Liberty in her hair.
    It actually says "LIBERTV".
I hope you didn't pay too much.

    ROTFL

    Just kidding man.
    Nice piece.
I've never graded them, or read how, but I'll go an AU-58.
    ;)

Hmmm, strong AU-50, but i wouldn't doubt it if it graded 55.

Loos real similar to the half cent I posted earlier. I'd say XF/AU.

I'd like to see quite a bit of luster with a coin in this condition, and I can't tell from the scan if it is there or not.

Nice strike, nice color, and nice surfaces, regardless.

    Thanks for sharing...Mike

    clembo,

That is a nice original Half Cent with a hint of Red! I also believe that it will go AU-58. I don't think that you get any "looks like it has had old cleaning" remarks on this one!

She is a beauty! AU50 in my opinion with a premium for eye appeal. Nice coin! Mike

Since everyone is being so nice, I was going to say VF Cleaned.

However, since it is in an NGC holder, I'd go AU-50 or 55.

Clembo, How's the luster? Does the coin cartwheel? Just wondering & again, nice coin...Mike
