Dimes ‘65-‘04 !

So close to finishing this book. I started about 2weeks ago when I received the book with a couple other books. Only 4 to go! ( 1969 plain, 1979 plain, 1982 Denver and 1991 Denver )
I’m a hunter on a budget so I rarely get dimes. I’d guess I’ve got about 10 rolls over the passed few weeks. Mostly,1 after another. Luckily I’m cool with the cashiers at the Gas station!
I also started the more recent dates. Wish me luck!

Plain means they were minted in Philadelphia
(just in case you were not aware of that)

I started using this term for Philly minted cents when I started collecting as a kid in the early 70s. You wanted to clarify that it wasn't a D or S and at the time saying "P" was just wrong. You only used that for war nickels because they were the only coins with a P mm. And I still use it today

 

When I was a kid umpteen years ago collecting with my Dad we used the “plain” term for Philly no mint mark cents. I still use it today.
